Terms and Conditions of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE KAALTRIX PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE OF THE PLATFORM IMMEDIATELY.

1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Kaaltrix (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of the website located at https://kaaltrix.com and all associated subdomains, tools, dashboards, data feeds, newsletters, and intelligence reports (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).

Kaaltrix is a real-time blockchain intelligence platform providing on-chain data analytics, cryptocurrency price tracking, whale wallet monitoring, cross-chain fund flow analysis, token screener tools, market alerts, and data-driven editorial content designed to assist crypto traders, investors, and researchers in understanding market conditions.

By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and General Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated by reference herein.

2. Platform Description and Services

2.1 Intelligence and Analytics Tools

Kaaltrix provides the following services, each subject to these Terms:

  • Live Price Dashboard: Real-time cryptocurrency price data, market capitalisation figures, 24-hour trading volume, and 7-day sparkline charts sourced from third-party data providers including CoinGecko.
  • Token Screener: Filtering and ranking tools that allow users to identify tokens based on criteria including price momentum, volume spikes, and market capitalisation ranges.
  • On-Chain Analytics: Monitoring of blockchain transaction data including large wallet transfers, smart contract interactions, decentralised exchange (DEX) volumes, and cross-chain fund flows via providers including Etherscan, The Graph, and Alchemy.
  • Whale Wallet Tracker: Identification and monitoring of large-value wallet addresses and their transaction activity across multiple blockchain networks including Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, and others.
  • DeFi Protocol Tracker: Real-time tracking of total value locked (TVL), liquidity pool activity, and borrow and lending rates across protocols including Uniswap, Aave, Compound, and Curve.
  • Market Alert System: Configurable notifications delivered via Telegram and other channels when user-defined price thresholds, volume conditions, or on-chain events are triggered.
  • Research Reports and Editorial Content: Professionally written blockchain intelligence reports, market analyses, money flow breakdowns, and news articles published by the Kaaltrix research team.

2.2 Free Tier and Service Availability

The Platform is currently provided free of charge to all users. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, limit free access, or modify the services available at the free level at any time, with reasonable advance notice provided to registered users where practicable.

Service availability is subject to rate limits imposed by our upstream data providers including CoinGecko (30 calls per minute on the free tier), Binance, Etherscan (5 calls per second), and The Graph. During periods of high demand or rate limit exhaustion, certain data feeds may be delayed, unavailable, or served from cached data up to 60 seconds old. Kaaltrix shall not be liable for any losses arising from data delays or unavailability caused by third-party API limitations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Our Content

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to editorial articles, research reports, data visualisations, dashboard designs, screener logic, alert algorithms, software code, graphics, logos, and the Kaaltrix brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kaaltrix or its licensors. All rights are reserved. The Kaaltrix name, logo, and brand marks are protected trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent.

3.2 Third-Party Data

Cryptocurrency price data, market data, blockchain transaction data, and protocol metrics are sourced from third-party providers. Such data remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is used by Kaaltrix under licence or pursuant to their respective terms of service. Users accessing such data through our Platform are subject to the terms of those underlying data providers.

3.3 User Licence

Subject to these Terms, Kaaltrix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial research and information purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools;
  • Reproduce, republish, redistribute, or resell any content from the Platform without express written permission;
  • Modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any component of the Platform;
  • Use any data or content from the Platform for commercial purposes without a separate written agreement;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Platform.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that:

  1. Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including laws governing financial services, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, data protection, or market manipulation;
  2. Involves the transmission of any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material;
  3. Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any third-party system connected to the Platform;
  4. Introduces viruses, Trojans, worms, or any other malicious code that could impair the functionality or security of the Platform;
  5. Employs automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other tools to access, monitor, or collect data from the Platform without our express written consent;
  6. Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity;
  7. Uses the Platform to make investment decisions without independent verification, relying solely on our data or editorial content;
  8. Engages in market manipulation, wash trading, or any fraudulent activity in connection with information obtained from the Platform;
  9. Circumvents any technical measures we employ to restrict or control access to any portion of the Platform.

5. No Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: Nothing on the Kaaltrix Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of regulated financial guidance. All content, data, analysis, reports, alerts, and tools are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only.

Kaaltrix is a data intelligence and media platform. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial analyst, financial planner, or any other type of regulated financial professional in any jurisdiction. The individuals who create our content are data analysts and journalists, not licensed financial professionals.

Any investment, trading, or financial decision you make based on information obtained from the Platform is made entirely at your own risk. You should conduct your own independent research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any cryptocurrency, token, or blockchain protocol referenced on the Platform is not indicative of future results.

6. Accuracy of Data and Information

Kaaltrix endeavours to ensure that data displayed on the Platform is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any data, content, or information provided, including:

  • Price data sourced from CoinGecko, Binance, and other exchanges, which may differ from prices available on specific trading platforms;
  • On-chain data sourced from Etherscan, The Graph, Alchemy, and similar providers, which may be subject to blockchain reorganisations or indexing delays;
  • DeFi protocol data including TVL figures, which are calculated estimates and may not reflect true economic value;
  • Whale wallet attributions, which are based on publicly available blockchain data and may be incorrect or incomplete;
  • Alert notifications, which are subject to delivery delays and technical failures beyond our control.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform integrates data from, and may contain links to, third-party websites and services including but not limited to CoinGecko, Binance, Etherscan, The Graph, Alchemy, Dune Analytics, Uniswap, Aave, and Telegram. These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Kaaltrix is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is at your sole risk and subject to the applicable third-party terms of service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Provided “As Is”

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAALTRIX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KAALTRIX, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND DATA PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, RELIANCE ON ANY DATA OR CONTENT, OR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN DATA. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kaaltrix, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and data providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party, or any investment or trading decision made by you in reliance on information obtained from the Platform.

10. Modifications to Terms and Platform

Kaaltrix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice through the Platform or by email to registered users. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice or liability.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@kaaltrix.com. We will endeavour to respond to all legitimate legal enquiries within 30 days.

12. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and General Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kaaltrix with respect to the Platform.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
